Delivery Times
– Estimated delivery time: 5 to 10 business days maximum, worldwide, starting from the date of shipment confirmation.
– In the event of unforeseen circumstances (carrier issues, temporary stock shortages, etc.), we will notify the customer as soon as possible.
Delivery Methods and Options

Prices and Shipping Costs –The applicable shipping costs are specified before the order is confirmed. They vary depending on the destination, shipping method, and the weight or volume of the package.
Ordering, Shipping, and Cancellation
Order Confirmation and Processing
– After payment is confirmed, the customer receives a confirmation email, and then, once the order is shipped, a shipping notification email that includes the tracking number, if applicable.
Cancellation Before Shipping
– Customers may request to cancel their order before it is shipped. If the order has already been shipped, customers must follow the return procedure below.
Right of withdrawal, returns, and refunds
Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
– In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the consumer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason for their decision or incur any penalty.
– To exercise this right, the customer must contact customer service (contact form on grahamshoping.fr or by email: info@grahamshoping.fr) before the package is shipped or within the timeframe specified above after receipt.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
– The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are sealed for hygiene reasons and have been unsealed by the consumer (e.g., underwear, personal hygiene products) if the nature of the item precludes it.
– Orders for goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized are also excluded.
Return Policy – Steps to Follow:

2. Pack the product in its original packaging, including all labels, accessories, and documentation.
3. Ship the package via registered mail or tracked shipping. We recommend tracked shipping; if the customer chooses non-tracked shipping, they assume the risk in case of loss.
– Return shipping costs: Unless otherwise specified or in the case of a defective product or delivery error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the cost of the original shipment remains the responsibility of the consumer unless we have agreed to cover it under certain conditions.
Refund – In accordance with European law, we will refund all payments received, including standard shipping costs (the least expensive standard option), within 14 days of:
– either the day we are notified of the consumer’s decision to withdraw, if we have not yet received the item
– or the day we receive the returned goods or proof of shipment from the consumer (whichever comes first).

What should I do if I’m not home when the package is delivered?
– The carrier will usually leave a delivery notice with instructions (scheduled redelivery, pickup at a pickup point, or drop-off at the local branch). Please contact us if you still can’t find your package.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
– Keep any evidence (photos, packaging) and contact customer service. If the package was sent with tracking and/or insurance, we will file a claim with the carrier.
